Light A Candle Make A Wish

Today I am celebrating.

This is the 100th entry in my curious little blog.

Had you told me as I posted my first entry back in late May that I would hit this milestone less than five months later, I would have been delighted if a little surprised; I wasn't sure I had it in me.

As it turns out, I did. But I would never have made it alone, and I need to take my hat off to a bunch of folks and say a heartfelt thank you. There's no false modesty here, so please forgive me if I sound like an Oscar-winner.

The first 80 days were made possible by my fun and sometimes sane interaction with my then-and-now Twitter buddies; idifficult, eolistpetite, Fishoutofsea, Gumley, RebeccaHasWrote and HarryHotstuff. Oh, and of course Britney.

And since the great unTwittered watershed, I have also been supported by a host of blogging friends who drop by, come what may; eolistpetite, iDifficult, CatLady, Janie, Ms. Unknown, Rebecca, Leah, Matthew, Nancy and Chrissy.

Stand and take a bow, people. You're the best.

So Indigo, I hear you ask, how will you be celebrating your Century?

Oh, in the traditional way; I'll cook something, cover it with candles and make a wish. Mmmm, doesn't that look yummy?
