  1. Rhino's uh..... Bad eyesight and a poorly developed sense of decorum. While they're certainly likely to sit in awkward places - try taking a photo on the serengeti without one sneaking into frame somewhere despite the declining numbers - they're rarely found sitting on legs and even less likely to be found on the river bank. {at least at the time of day you were probably there}

    Yep you were definitely unlucky. Much more likely to have been a hippo and they're so much easier for the emergency services to move. {They do love a fruit scone - and with your luck that's worth making a note of}

    Why do these things always happen when the coffee cup and pizza box is just out of reach?

    1. Hey Alistair! You're a wiser man than me. But fear not, Domino's delivered while I was there. I just got so distracted by pizza, I forgot to ask for help. And yes, rhinos are crashers. Roth

    1. Hey Lass! Life is full of challenges. And when King came home, they had a beer before moving. Indigo

    1. I think it might be the same one that shows up later, tho I can't be sure. I feel a little specieist for saying so, but they all look alike to me.
